Teens

There are a lot of expectations on individuals to fit into societal norms, it can be difficult when the pressure is overwhelming.  Learning to love ourselves and navigate life in the style and timeline that works for an individual is critical to happy development. If you feel pressured by life’s expectations, or social pressures, learning to embrace who you are is empowering. I work with clients to learn who they are , what is important to them, and  how to let go of expectations and judgement.

Experience working with self-harm, low self esteem, and suicidal ideation, using several modalities including CBT, DBT, and Art therapy.
